We want you to love your Permanent Vacation pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
